Marc Vahanian has helped hundreds of clients achieve their important life goals. One of Southern California's top personal change facilitators, Marc has spent the past 25 years running Bodycoach, an individualized life-fitness training program.

Marc has attracted a loyal and enthusiastic clientele. Marc is a certified Somatic Coach from the Strozzi School of Embodied Leadership and has completed the first of two advanced level trainings in Somatic Experiencing, the trauma work of Peter Levine. He has mastered a unique coaching discipline called The Lefkoe Method, a cognitive tool which he employs to generate positive change in his clients’ lives. He has also been certified in fitness instruction by UCLA and is certified in Acupressure and Shiatsu massage. In addition, he has been trained in Jin Shin Jyutsu, Pilates, Yoga and Nutrition.

Marc has also been featured in several national publications and on network television. He has led training seminars, presentations and consultations nationwide.
